These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QueryCut ("the Service", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
QueryCut analyzes Google Ads search-terms data — connected read-only or uploaded as CSV — and produces negative-keyword recommendations, an audit of existing negatives, and ad-copy suggestions. Recommendations are exactly that: you review and approve everything before it affects your advertising account.
Access to the Service is provided under the plan you select at signup or checkout; current pricing is shown before you subscribe. Features may evolve over time, and we may add, change, or retire capabilities as the Service develops. Billing is handled by Stripe, and you can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal.
You retain all rights to your advertising data. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy, including the Google API Services User Data Policy Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google Ads access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Recommendations are generated by AI analysis of your data and may be imperfect; we do not guarantee advertising performance, savings, or fitness for a particular purpose. Estimated "wasted spend" figures are informational estimates, not financial advice or guarantees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueryCut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or advertising performance, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).
The Service interoperates with Google Ads and uses third-party AI and hosting providers. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of Google Ads remains governed by Google's own terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request data deletion per the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
