Accessibility statement
Last updated: August 19, 2026
QueryCut is built to be usable by everyone who manages a Google Ads account, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or reduced-motion settings.
Conformance target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Most of the product and marketing site meets that bar today. We treat any gap as a bug, not a nice-to-have, and fix it on the same track as functional defects.
What is in place
- Keyboard navigation throughout, including a skip-to-content link on every public page and visible focus rings on all interactive controls.
- Semantic structure: one H1 per page, ordered headings, real landmarks (nav, main, footer), and labelled form fields.
- Contrast: body and interface text meet or exceed the 4.5:1 ratio against our dark background; large headings exceed 3:1.
- Reduced motion: animations and transitions are disabled automatically when your system requests reduced motion.
- Responsive to 200% zoom and down to 320px viewports without horizontal scrolling or clipped content.
- Data, not just color: report tables and status indicators carry text labels, so meaning never depends on color alone.
- Email: our emails use a light, high-contrast layout that renders correctly in both light and dark mail clients.
Known limitations
We would rather name these than imply perfection:
- Large analysis reports use dense data tables. They are navigable and labelled, but reading them with a screen reader is slower than we would like. Every report can be exported to CSV as an alternative.
- The interactive report view relies on JavaScript. If scripting is unavailable, use the emailed report or the CSV export.
- Some third-party content we embed (payment pages, Google sign-in) follows the accessibility of those providers rather than ours.
Reporting a barrier
If any part of QueryCut is hard or impossible to use, tell us and we will fix it.
Email:
hello@negativekeywordlist.com
We reply within two business days and aim to resolve confirmed barriers within
30 days. Include the page URL and the assistive technology you use, if you can.
Assessment approach
We evaluate with a combination of automated checks, manual keyboard testing, and screen reader spot checks. This statement is reviewed whenever we ship a significant interface change.
